Carsie Blanton is a young singer-songwriter who grew up in rural Virginia. Left Virginia at age 16, moved to Eugene, in pursuit of a career in music. Carsie moved back East to Philadelphia. It was in Philadelphia where she began to build a career in music. She found inspiration and clubs, where she could work on her live show.


In due time she became a known and popular artist in her new home town. She released 2 albums while in Philly, “BUOY” and “IDIOT HEART.” She also has toured throughout the USA and Canada. She opened for Paul Simon on his recent US Tour. Carsie has toured Europe and the UK twice in the last two years.

Besides writing and performing music, Carsie spends her time beautifying her new house in South Philadelphia, teaching swing and blues dancing, collecting teacups, and cuddling with her dogs, Domino and LMNOP.
