VOLUME 1 — NUMBER 1

I Will Build a City from the

Discarded Wings of Dragonflies

Need I talk
of this our time
of disbelief and fear
of greed and cruelty
of man to man and to the Gods and earth?
The devil would
turn away in disbelief.

I will turn the leaf,
fold back that page,
and from what I love the most,
build a city made of
discarded wings of dragonflies,
a magic kingdom
where beauty rules
and time is measured by the eyes of lovers,
where the Gods sit
again with us to
feast and celebrate
this place,
Our Place.
